44 Bottle Classic Wine Rack and 20 Bottle Classic Wine Rack WR100 / WR150 Assembly Instructions
Thank you for purchasing our Classic Wine Rack. You will find the assembly of the Wine Rack is extremely simple and will take just a few minutes. You will need philips head screw driver or or a philips head screwdriver bit for your electric drill.
(1) Remove the contents of the shipping box. There should be 5 ladders, a top and 24 screws.
(2) Place the outside ladders (those ladders are ones which have only one side of bottle rests on them) on either side of the interior ladders (those ladders are the ones which have both sides attached to bottle rests). There should be 2 outside ladders and 3 interior ladders. This is probably the way the carton was packaged.
(3) Make sure that all the ladders are aligned to have the long space between the end of the ladder and first bottle rest at the same end. That space denotes that it is the top end of the ladders.
(4) There are 4 crosspieces. There are 2 crosspieces that do not have 2 holes drilled from edge to edge and two that do. Those crosspieces that do not have the 2 edge holes are the bottom crosspieces. Those that do are the top crosspieces. Now look at the crosspieces that have the 2 holes that drilled through the edges. Those holes are counterdrilled. The edge that has the large hole is the "bottom" edge of the crosspiece. The holes that are small is the "top" edge of the crosspiece. Set the crosspieces with the edge holes aside for a minute.
(5) Now take a crosspiece that does not have the edge holes and align it with the 5 ladders at the bottom of the ladders. Remember the bottom of the wine rack is denoted by the short distance between the end of the ladder and the closest bottle rest. Put the ladders into the notches of the crosspiece. Make sure that the end of the ladders are even with the crosspiece edge. Slowly attach the crosspiece to the ladders with the provided screws.
(6) Take one of the "top" crosspieces and repeat step 5. Make sure that the crosspiece has the smaller edge holes pointed away from the ladders.
(7) Carefully flip the wine rack. Remember that the wine rack is fragile until all the crosspieces are attached.
(8) Repeat steps 5 and 6
(9) Place the top and lay it flat on the floor. The top should have the angled edges on the floor. The surface which has the angled edges is the top surface. Take the wine rack and place it directly on the top. Make sure that the top of the wine rack is directly on the top. Screw the winerack crosspieces directly to the top using the edge holes.
You are now finished. Enjoy!
