Thank you for purchasing one of our Premium Wine Racks. You will find the assembly of the Wine Rack is extremely simple and will take just a few minutes. You will need philips head screw driver or or a philips head screwdriver bit for your electric drill.

(1) Remove the contents of the shipping box. There should be 2 sides, 11 ladders, four notched crosspieces, a top, screws and dowels.

Dowels are provided and go into the holes drilled into the top and bottom edges of the wine rack sides. These are only used if you are going to stack one wine rack on top of another. If you are stacking wine racks the top is not used.

There are 2 crosspieces that do not have 4 holes drilled from edge to edge and two that do. Those crosspieces that do not have the edge holes are the "bottom" crosspieces. Those that do are the "top" crosspieces. Now look at the crosspieces that have the 4 holes that are drilled through the edges. Those holes are counter drilled. The edge that has the large hole is the "bottom" edge of the crosspiece and is where the screw enters the hole. The holes that are small is the "top" edge of the crosspiece. Set the crosspieces with the edge holes aside for a minute.

(2) Rest the sides on their edge. Make sure that the ladders that are attached to the sides are aligned to have the long space between the end of the ladder and first bottle rest at the same end. That long space denotes that it is the top end of the ladders and is towards the top of the wine rack.

Attach the 2 notched crosspieces to the bottom of the ladders that are attached to the sides. The crosspieces should be attached to the face edge of the ladders.

(3) Now take the remaining ladders and attach them to the notched crosspieces. All the ladders should match with the ladders attached to the sides. Be careful when you move the wine rack during the assembly as it is fragile until it is fully assembled.

(4) Now attach the 2 notched crosspieces that have the edge holes holes drilled in them to the sides and ladders. Keep in mind that you want the big edge hole openings on the bottom of the crosspieces and consequently pointed towards the bottom of the wine rack.

(5) Place the top flat on the floor. Make sure that it is protected from being scratched. The top should have the angled edges directly on the floor. The surface which has the angled edges is the top surface. Take the wine rack and place it directly on the top. Make sure that the top of the wine rack is directly on the top. Screw the winerack crosspieces directly to the top using the edge holes in the crosspieces.
